We want FeedSync to pay for itself. If it doesn't, here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
New paid subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment — no questions asked.
Our Starter plan is free, and paid plans begin with a trial. You can explore FeedSync, connect a store and run a sync before paying anything — so most questions are answered before a charge ever happens.
In line with EU/EEA consumer law, if you're a consumer you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Request it within the period and we'll return the payment to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate partial months after the cooling-off period unless required by law.
AI credits that have already been used are non-refundable, since the work has been performed. Unused credit bundles purchased within the last 14 days can be refunded on request. Credits included with a plan have no cash value.
