Do I need any technical skills?
No. Connecting your store is a guided, click-through process, and FeedSync suggests the field mapping for you. If you can upload a file, you can run FeedSync.
Which feed formats are supported?
XML and Excel (.xlsx) are supported out of the box, whether you upload a file directly or point us at a feed URL. CSV support is on the way.
Will syncing overwrite products I edited by hand?
Never — that is exactly what field locks prevent. Lock any field (title, price, image, description) and future syncs update everything else while leaving your locked fields untouched.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Growth includes up to 3 store connections and Business is unlimited, so agencies can manage every client from one account.
How does billing work right now?
