Your supplier sends the product data. OhoSync keeps your store updated.

Stop updating products by hand

OhoSync reads the latest file from your supplier and updates your webshop for you. No more copying rows between a spreadsheet and WooCommerce.

Keep prices and stock current

When your supplier changes a cost or runs out of something, your shop follows. You decide how often it happens.

Protect the work you already did

Lock any title, description, image, price or other field you changed yourself. Updates go around it and leave it exactly as you wrote it.

Four steps to your first update.

You need your webshop login and the file your supplier sends you.

  1. Connect your WooCommerce store

A guided connection links your shop to OhoSync. You can remove it again at any time.

  2. Add the file your supplier sends you

Upload the CSV or Excel file, or paste the link your supplier gave you. OhoSync matches their columns to your product fields.

  3. Choose products and set your prices

Pick what you actually want to sell and set the markup you want on top of the supplier cost.

  4. Check the first update, then let it run

See exactly what would change before anything reaches your shop. When it looks right, turn on automatic updates.

What you get.

The everyday jobs OhoSync takes over, and the ones it saves you from.

  • Automatic updates

Your shop is refreshed from the supplier file on the schedule you choose, or whenever you press the button.

  • Prices and stock in step

Cost changes and sold-out items reach your shop without you opening a spreadsheet.

  • Choose what you sell

Build your own product list from the supplier file. Anything you did not choose never appears in your shop.

  • Your own selling prices

Add a markup by percentage or a fixed amount, use different margins for cheap and expensive items, or set one product's price yourself.

  • A record of every update

Each update is saved with what it changed and why, so you can look back at any point.

  • Competitor prices

Follow what other shops charge for the products you choose, and see the lowest price next to yours.

See everything in detail

Bad supplier data should never reach your customers.

Supplier files go wrong sometimes. A price arrives with the decimal in the wrong place, or half the products are missing from the export. OhoSync checks for both before it writes anything.

  • A price that looks wrong is held back

If a price jumps much further than you allow, or falls below your minimum, that one product is left alone and flagged for you.

  • A file missing most of its products is refused

If a supplier file suddenly loses a large part of its products, OhoSync stops the update instead of removing stock from your store.

  • Your own edits are never overwritten

Locked fields are removed from the update before it is sent. If someone changes a price directly in WooCommerce, OhoSync notices and pauses that product rather than fighting you.

See exactly what changed.

After every update you get a plain list of what happened to which product, and why.

Questions people ask first.

What is a supplier feed?

It is the product file your supplier sends you, usually a spreadsheet or a download link. It lists their products with prices, stock levels and images. Instead of copying rows out of it by hand, you give the file to OhoSync once and it does the copying for you every time the file changes.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. If you can use a spreadsheet and log in to your webshop, you can set OhoSync up. You connect your store, upload the supplier file, match their columns to your product fields, and choose your prices. There is nothing to install and no code to write.

Which webshop platforms are supported?

WooCommerce and Shopify are both supported. You connect one store, or several on the larger plans, and the same supplier file can keep either kind of shop up to date.

Which file formats are supported?

CSV and Excel files work with any supplier, because you match their columns to your fields yourself. XML feeds are supported for suppliers we have set up. If you are unsure, send us a sample file and we will tell you honestly.

Will OhoSync overwrite my manual changes?

Not if you lock them. You can lock the title, description, image, gallery, category, brand, price or stock level on any product, and updates go around the locked field while still updating the rest. Publishing a product locks its content fields for you automatically.

Can I preview changes before publishing?

Yes. You can run an update as a test that produces the full list of what would change without touching your shop. You can also update just the first ten or fifty products to check the result before doing the whole catalogue.

What happens if the supplier file is wrong?

OhoSync checks before it writes. If a price moves further than you allow or falls below your minimum, that product is held back rather than published. If the file suddenly loses a large part of its products, the whole update stops so your shop is not emptied by a broken export.

Does OhoSync use AI?

Only where it earns its place, and never on its own. Matching columns, keeping prices right and protecting your edits are ordinary rules — they run the same way every time, and AI is not involved. AI is offered for the three jobs where the input is messy human text: suggesting a column match, pulling details out of a supplier's blob of description, and rewriting descriptions in one consistent tone. It is off until you turn it on, it runs on your own provider key (DeepSeek, OpenAI or Anthropic), and everything else keeps working without it.

How does billing work?

Creating an account is free and never asks for a card. You connect your store and see OhoSync working on your own products first. When you choose a paid plan, it is billed monthly by card and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling keeps everything running until the end of the month you have already paid for.

How does Shopify work?

You connect your Shopify store once, and updates go to it through the Admin API. New products are published to your sales channels so they show up in the shop instead of sitting as drafts, and variants you manage yourself are left untouched — an update only changes the variant that matches the supplier row.

AI where the text is messy, rules where the money is

Your prices, your stock and the fields you locked are decided by rules — the same file gives the same result every time, and no model gets a vote. AI is offered for the three jobs that are genuinely about language.

  • Reads your supplier's column names
  • Pulls the facts out of a messy description
  • Writes it in your tone

Off until you turn it on, and it runs on your own provider key so the cost is yours to see. How the AI assist works.

Try it with one supplier file.
