Quickstart

Get from zero to a fully synced store in four steps. This guide walks through connecting a store, importing a feed, building a list, and turning on automatic sync.

You'll need admin access to your WooCommerce or Shopify store to complete step 1.

1. Connect your store

From your dashboard, open Stores → Add store, choose your platform, and follow the secure connection flow. FeedSync never stores your store password — the connection uses a scoped, revocable token.

store: mystore.com
platform: woocommerce
status: connected ✓

2. Import your feed

Open Feeds → Add feed. Upload an XML or Excel file, or paste a feed URL. FeedSync parses it and proposes a field mapping you can adjust:

3. Build a product list

Under Lists, create a curated list and add products by category, brand or margin. Only products in a published list go live in your store. Apply a markup rule to the list, and optionally lock any fields you customise.

4. Turn on automatic sync

Publish the list and enable sync. From now on FeedSync keeps products, prices, stock and images current on your schedule — while leaving locked fields untouched. That's it.
