How billing works
You create an account for free, with no card, and see OhoSync working on your own products first. When you choose a paid plan you pay by card for one month or twelve months ahead, and nothing renews by itself: we remind you a week before the period ends. OhoSync is young and we still look at every store personally; if your supplier file is unusual, send it to us and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Pricing questions.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. If you can use a spreadsheet and log in to your webshop, you can set OhoSync up. You connect your store, upload the supplier file, match their columns to your product fields, and choose your prices. There is nothing to install and no code to write.
How does billing work?
Creating an account is free and never asks for a card. You connect your store and see OhoSync working on your own products first. When you choose a paid plan, you pay by card for one month or twelve months ahead, in euro or US dollars. Nothing renews by itself: we remind you a week before the period ends and again the day before, and if you do nothing the workspace moves back to the free Starter plan with your settings kept.
How does Shopify work?
You connect your Shopify store once, and updates go to it through the Admin API. New products are published to your sales channels so they show up in the shop instead of sitting as drafts, and variants you manage yourself are left untouched — an update only changes the variant that matches the supplier row.
